I think that a program should simply refuse to use incomplete tablebases in that
case and it is better if it starts by checking if all the files are included.

Note that I installed part of the KQPP vs KQ some months ago from hyatt site.
Note also that I do not have even all the 5 piece tablebases set but only part
of the tablebases(I have no 4 vs 1 tablebases and part of the 3 vs 2 that
include pawns are also not installed).

I simply removed the only 6 piece tablebase file that I have from the tablebase
folder and I will probably not use it in the near future.

I downloaded today the KBP vs KN tablebases that I did not have before today and
downloading both files took 20-30 minutes and I do not like giving my computer
to download tablebases for hours so from time to time I download one interesting
tablebase to add to my set.

wilhelm tell me that missing tablebases today except 4 vs 1 are
KPP vs KN,KB,KQ
KNP vs KP,KN KB KR KQ
KNP vs KP
KBP vs KP(w)(I am going to install it first in order not to have more problems)
KBB,KBN vs KP
KRP vs KP,KN,KQ
KRN KRR vs KP
KQP vs KP,KN,KR
KQQ KQR KQN KQB vs KP
