I use Chessbase and Download Games every week from TWIC
I "drag and drop" them into my Opening book .ctg truncating them 20 moves
beyond the ECO Classification. You can trucate to any depth you want.

It's automatic, the Program does it.
That is one of the great features of Chessbase.

It's very rude to tell it will never work, when I do it all the time.

You can create an Opening Book and size you want for any Opening you want.
This is not a problem.
You can create an Opening book of all of Kasparov's games as White for example
and play against the Program. Or do it with Black etc..
Or combine all his games into an Opening Book for your Engine.
