I think you ran into an admin that was pretty ambiguous in what he was doing, perhaps making a quick decision that was wrong. 2. I think you got zapped by the right-hand/left-hand problem. You said you checked "C" when you registered, but it didn't get flagged. Someone made an error. And I think 'your' admin over-reacted thinking you were 'cheating' or whatever. 3. I think you missed a tell, where someone said log off and back on so your (C) will show up. Easy to do. I miss 'em all the time on ICC/chess.net 4. I think you blew up too quickly. By your time-line all this transpired within a 6 hour window or so. You really should have kept it 'on the server' for longer than that, since you weren't banned. Going public looks like you were trying to embarass them, whether that was what you wanted or not. It was how it looked. I have had problems on ICC. Spoofing and adjudications as Bruce mentioned. And I usually dialog with the admins and often get a 'fix', sometimes just get a 'sorry'. But I'd rather be present and sorry, than 'absent'. A good point to remember at times...
