That's an interesting claim given that Zappa not fruit is the reigning WCCC and that Zappa not Fruit won that tourney and now this one with a massive score. Fruit might be the strongest available chess engine on a single cpu where it routinely beats up opposition, but in a tourney such as this one, where others can be run on SMP, Fruit is not certain to prevail though like you, I like it chances. And in the end, it did place 2nd didnt it? However currently if any program is to be considered dominant and presumed strongest (short of Hydra which is an unknown), it would be Zappa not Fruit.
