I understood from the thread that it is not stronger but it is mainly because some pruning was disabled and we need to wait for the next version. I find it annoying that some posters assume as obvious that posters know about gambit fruit when as far as I remember it was not mentioned in this forum or in the winboard forum before today. Usually even new release of weaker engines is mentioned in one of the forums. For example see the following post http://wbforum.volker-pittlik.name/viewtopic.php?t=3820 I guess that some people prefer not to post here or in the winboard forum about new engines but give the information at http://www.uciengines.de/UCI-Engines/uci-engines.html Uri
