That simply means that some of the NUMA stuff is not used, because windows or
Linux is reporting this to be a pure SMP box rather than a NUMA box.

To use the second CPU, you must add mt=2 to either the command line, or to the
crafty.rc/.craftyrc file, then it will use two processors all the time.

I assume this is a dual-cpu box that is not opteron-based??
