Does anybody have any legitmate copies of Colossus chess? I have the author's (Mr. Martin Bryant) permission to post his chess program on my antique / classi chess program web site. ( http://classicchess.tripod.com/ ) BUT, he didn't send me any copies of it. He just said that I could post whatever copies I could find. (I could probably ask him, but he's rather busy and it took quite a while for him to reply to my original message.) He also said that he might possibily still have the source to some of his versions, but that he has no idea where they are right off hand and is not in the mood to go hunt for them. (Understandable... I too have lots of old SSDD 5.25" floppies that I have no urge to go through.) I'm sure I could find some warez copy on the various warez & microcomputer sites, but you never really know if you are getting the original, unmodified version of stuff. So, does anybody have a legitmate copy of Colossus chess, and if so, could you send me a disk image of the original disk, and perhaps a scan of the manual, so that I can place them on my computer chess web site? Thanks.
