The last column is the rating change for the respective event. Adding (-1.6)+(-6.3)+(-9.5)+(6)+(-7.5)+(-6.6)+(9.1)+(-12) gives -28.4, that is the total rating change. Now we add 2625+(-28.4) and we get 2596.6, which rounded to integer gives 2597, Yermolinsky's current rating.
