And thanks to José de Jesús García Ruvalcaba for the nice explanation and to all the others who showed me I was all wet. An ELO of about 2600 is still pretty darn lofty. Looks like three sub 2500 performances cost him dearly in the rankings. With two 2600+ and two in the 2500 range I am surprised that the ratio fluxuates that much. I guess it's a case of "What have you done for me lately?"
