My Thoughts:

Kramnik has his Title and so does Topalov. In the end doesn't it all come down
to who you recognize. Does anyone's "Title" really have any weight if you don't
recognize them or their title?

Think about it, did Kramnik recognize Kasparov claim for a rematch? No, he felt
Kasparov should have to qualify for the right to play him (Kramnik Again)

The way I see it you either recognize the FIDE title or you don't, and if you
don't recognize the FIDE title what's the point of a reunification match. I
think you should stick by what you truely believe.

So why shouldn't FIDE say F$$K "Kramnik"?

Each party can go on and hold thier own events.
