I do not think that you have the right to take legal action against them.
It is clear that they do not write lies in their site and you were a member in
the fruit team.

The title is
Team / History
It means that if in the history you were a member of the fruit team they have
the right to mention you.

This is written in the fruit site:

"Marc Lacrosse is the bookbuilder of Fruit. He built the book for the WCCC'05 in
Reykjavik."

Is there something that is not correct here?

You built the book for the WCCC'05 in Reykjavik is correct.
I understand that the book of the commercial fruit is also by you and I think
that they have the right to mention it even if you do not like it.

The book of fruit from some tournament from novemeber is by someone else but
that tournament is not mentioned in the fruit site.
