It is correct to say that Fabien is the programmer of fruit even if he stops working on fruit so I think that it is not misleading to say that Marc is the bookbuilder of the commercial version of Fruit even if he stops working on the book. Marc could ask the fruit team to add the words commercial version instead of asking them to delete his name from the fruit page and I do not understand why he asked them to remove his name. Uri
