I once approved Fabien's decision not to give fruit's code anymore (this was shortly after the Toga affair). I was not even consulted when Fabien and Joachim decided to go commercial. I did not think it was to be muc successful but I wished them all success. They asked me for the books and I gave them for free immediately. I never thought of asking anything monetary for this.
