It may be that you have another version of mss32.dll on your system from some previous application (such as cm5500) and you are getting an incorrect message (maybe the message really means that it cannot find the correct version of mss32.dll). If so, it could be that some other mss32.dll is already set up in memory and messing you up. If this is the case, you could try a different step #3 of: Type the phrase Path=c:\program files\cm6000;abcdedfg <return> and reboot your system. KarinsDad
