Tried various values for a tempo.

10 centipawns, 20 centipawns, and variable from 16-24 centipawns.  The 16-24
centipawn variable value did best.

As you know, in Zugzwang positions, a tempo is worth a lot [up to about 32766
centipawns if you are Zugzwang lost. ;-)].
