Foe engine/engine matches of course it is.

This speeds up the search" ???
Of course it does!

Absolutely.

Thanks, we agree

 "You don't need centipawn
>evaluation"
Oh it's an indication, but as I said every engine will evaluate a position
differently.

Well, no.. On CTF: "You don't need programmers, they are part of the
>problem"
Running Tests, Matches etc are great. If they think they can improve on
the normal function of the Min/Max and Alpha Beats search Algorithm,
IMO they are wrong.

Spending 40 hours a week or full time trying to put in moves or
change the weights etc.. etc.. is rather futile.
I'm talking top Commercial Programs.. If you want to tweak
your little choo choo.. be my guest. Letting it run for 20 - 40 hours to see
if your centipawn evaluation changes.. fine with me, but it's a waste of time.
When your engine stalls.. it's an indication your Hash Tables are filled up.
Simply hit the Space Bar.. play the move, the position now becomes the Root,
Hash Tables are cleared and the search begins again.

This is undoubtedly true, they should be abolished! And you also do not

That's what the Program does. No you can't go wrong.

If you don't want to learn and just be rude, well you have a nice day anyway.
