Hello Ernest, In that case then I am happy that I asked. I assumed (again) that it was well known that Ruffian was WB and UCI so I thought that your response was sarcastic. Sigh. Ruffian will use its own book if you do not select a gui book for it under Shredder Classic. I just tried it. The WB2UCI instructions are all over the web but an excellent source are the UCI pages of Alex Schmidt. He even has pre-set up WB2UCI for the more popular engines.
