Subject: Extremly difficult endgame test position

Author: Dieter Buerssner

Date: 14:26:59 11/20/05

This position was posted here quite some time ago by Eduard Nemeth. At that
time, I had seen no followups (that show, that any engine could solve it). I
remember, that Yace could solve it after a few days. Of course, nobody else had
as much patience than me. Newer versions of Yace will be able to win from this
position with some patience (5 hours +).

Are there any engines, that can solve this reasonably fast? Any engines that
solve it after lot's of patience?

Regards,
Dieter
