I am sure that other moves lose faster so Kxb3 is the best move.

In this case mate in 73 is mate but there are cases when mate in 73 is draw and
a program cannot know it so realistic evaluation should translate mate in 73 to
something smaller than mate even if you assume the opponent use tablebases.
