Note the author mentions blitz TC at 3 0 or 5 0 with Ponder ON in ICC. The Url that u posted is not even close TC to 3 0 or 5 0. That Time Control is considered as Standard Chess on regular ICS. Plus, important to note that it was tested with ponder off I belive. wait 40/4 means 40min + 4 Inc? or 40 moves in 4 min?
