Actually the original post in this thread made no mention of either ICC or
ponder=on. Further at any ICS 3 0 or 5 0 are still considered blitz, not
standard chess. I quote the original post in this thread for reference;

"Hi
Has anyonelse noticed that Chesstiger 2004 has good results against Fruit 2.2.1
at 3 0 and 5 0 blitz? However Schredder 9 seems to own Tiger at this time."

Also if you are talking about ICC although you never mentioned that in your post
either then naturally, who knows what hardware was being used by any of the
named programs.

Last, the time controls on the rating list indicated are 40 moves in 4 minutes
repeating.
