About tscp then in one game everything can happen but I do not believe that tscp on 10thz is going to be at level of top GM even if you fix the bugs that prevent it to perform well at long time control. I guess that even if tscp is going to be 10000 times faster and free of bugs that are only relevant at very long time control it is not going to be able to beat top programs except blitz. tscp branching factor is a big problem and even in tactics it is probably often more than 10000 times slower than top programs.
