The problem is that is a false way of solving the "problem".  This is a human
tactic, that is used against computers _and_ other humans as well.  Ever seen
one human trying to "blitz" another into losing on time?

The program is doing a horrible job of time management, IMHO, based on the 180
seconds allotted and the output above...
