Your very first interaction with me was to refer to me as a troll and as Mr X
from Germany - this without my having addressed you ever before AFAIK - and you
have the sheer gall to write this "next insult"?

>You insulted Enrico, Kurt, Michael and virtually every poster

Not intentionally. Because of the scroll-away nature of this board, and that
the board's "Search" seems to work in a parallel universe, I don't know for sure
who you refer to when you use first names like this. I am not part of your cosy
club of shared genius (or mediocrity, you choose) so I am unfamiliar.

Is Enrico the one who posted an example to show that EGTBs were necessary (which
I agree with in general though certainly not in all cases), but his example
position actually indicated the precise opposite (all 10 engines he quoted
almost instantly found in that position the unique best (fastest to mate) move,
and 9 did not waver even once?).
I politely pointed out his example was actually a counter-example, and he
immediately became aggressive, then when his brain encompassed his error,
defensive, confused and very insulting and rude.

Is Kurt the one who implied my post had little point, when in fact he had
confused himself by only reading the first few lines of it? Surely one checks
before criticising. His "Sorry" button does not seem to work either.

Is Michael the one who claimed a super-GM's move was nonsense, also that his
plan was a suicidal attack, when I (AND OTHER, SUBSEQUENT GRANDMASTER
COMMENTARY) shows the GM's move was a brilliancy, and I showed that the alleged
"suicidal" attack was in fact a sure-fire draw?

Good examples you chose!

Or was one of your three the kid who had hard drives with no latency or seek
time, or alternatively perhaps RAM that managed to contain all relevant EGTBs
without any upload time? The kid who finds my comment that

>All you wrote so far in the CCC forum was either arrogant, insulting

Most correct, a welcome change.

The sky often looks blue.

My girlfriends are beautiful.

Water is "wet".

And did you find some way to misunderstand-
http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?463703
where I had replied to a question with:
" you cannot, replicate the contents of the actual playing machine's hash
tables, which (unless flushed manually or by the program) are a result of
earlier thinking, time controls, amount of ponder time and so on."
?

>Spare all your false 'best' and 'dear', I do the same.

Because you are impolite, that places no requirement upon me to emulate you.
Your "Sorry" button seems as broken as those of many people here, but I am happy
to say sorry if my exposures embarrassed you.

Best,

A.S.
