Computers seems to have a hard time finding the right score for this one,
although some programs doesnt seem to find Kb3(Chess Tiger 2004) - and it takes
quite awhile to get the right score(close to draw).

I wonder why that is ?

Is it because of the open king positions, or just the material imbalance(piece
against two pawns) ?
