Up to now the deep versions played against weaker opponents within a range of 200 ELO, because we needed games for those, but as far as I know Kirill now wants to add games for deep vs. deep, each with 512 MB each and I could help him here because I have also a total of 2 GB RAM, whereas Ray only has Deep Fritz 8 and will change to Crafty and others for deep version testing. Now it was also decided that the deep versions have to play against all other versions being in a range of 200 points, so also Deep Fritz 8 against Fritz 9 for example. It is also planned that deep versions will be added to Blitz, but only after being finished with the 40/40 games, but maybe Sarah will decide to use her dual machine for doing so. I do not know. All together will take a few months. Best Regards Heinz
