Thanks, but I think I need official help from the programmer or programming
team.

When I run Fruit/Toga type engines in overnight analysis (Full game analysis -
relatively long time controls, perhaps 3 - 10 min / move), Chessbase8 gui often
shows a runtime error which apparently stops the analysis mid-game.

I want to know if this is caused by HT being set too high in the GUI (beyond the
engine limit). Don't know, since I don't know that engine limit.

Prior postings seemed to indicate that Fruit was limited (at least at one time)
to only 200MB HT, so I figure that Fruit-Toga versions may also have same or
similar limitations.

My computer has 1GB ram, so I often give up to 512MB HT size to my programs, for
overnight analysis.

I don't know how to experiment to resolve this, so I will not.

Can't tell if the GUI HT size setting interferes in some how with a limit in the
engine for handling/using HT.

Can't tell if the GUI HT size actually changes the HT used by the engine to the
selected GUI size, or if that is cosmetic and not functional at the lower
(engine) level.

Regards,
--Steve
