New Infinite Loop-9, Ver-qual 11
The 11th qualifier for New Long IL-9 is concluded.
Toga II 1.1 UCI failed qualification. It showed worse performance than Toga II
1.0 UCI.
Time control: 5'+3"
Celeron 2.6GHZ 256MB; hash settings is up to 38MB in sum for each engine;
resign is set to 6; few 5-men Nalimov's TBs.
Arena 1.1 is used to arrange the events.
