The hardware of engines was faster than ssdf hardware and I think that Jouni
assumes that on 1200 mhz they are 100 elo weaker.

Note that I think that if the target is to make it more similiar to humans then
it is more logical to reduce the difference  between programs

they can keep 2500 as the same and translate rating of 2500+x to 2500+0.8x

It means that program with today ssdf rating of 2800 will have only 2740 when
a program with today ssdf rating of 2000 is going to have ssdf rating of 2100
