In Fruit_ASv3.ctg (in the original version as downloaded by me at the same time
I downloaded Fruit v2.1, nothing added or taken away) it appears as-

 1...Nc6!!

(i.e., a preferred move, so considered better than, say, .. d5 or .. e6).

:)

And Alekhine's Defence appears as

 1...Nf6??

:)

Who am I to argue?

It is the book that apparently favoured Fruit 2.1 in various tournaments at
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/lefouduroi/tournois/tournois43.htm
and other sites.
I found that link and the book through various people's recommendation here.

Since the SEARCH function on this board seems to work only in a parallel
universe, I cannot help you further.

My experiments with Fruit 2.2.1 vs other strong engines have been performed with
Fruit using that Fruit_ASv3.ctg book, and the book did Fruit no harm at all.

No, see above. It comes pre-polluted with "1...N-c6!!"

:)
