Subject: About Top Dogs And Free Engines

Hi all!

Yesterday I posted here a message with this statement;

 "I think the computer chess community is now slowly realizing that the
strongest engine for 1 cpu is a free one.
As more and more testers express theirs results here, this will become obvious"

I have now been _slowly_ realizing that this is utter nonsense.
What can by said though is that there is some evidence for the fact
that Toga II 1.1 is one of the better blitzers.
