Subject: Can someone help - Fritz9

 Just received today F9.
 When I enter the serial number found on the front cover of the manual
 it replies not valid.I press cancel and the F9 welcome page appears and I am
 able to go to the chess board.

 I have tried to download the gui9.iup but the reply is do not know what
 program to use.

 Has anyone else had these problems? I would appreciate any help.
 Are there any patches available at this time?
