Thanks. You have contradicted what another poster told me in this thread, and what you wrote agrees with my own logical conclusion. I expected there to be interference, certainly reverting to the ownbook if one got out of the .ctg. He claimed otherwise. See - http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?464135 and my reply and you can confirm I was already there. But thanks, anyway! >2. ASv3.ctg is something like a rumour back from Fruit Massy / Fruit 2.1 time. >It was never tested seriously. Who did tell you it's the best for Fruit ? Please see- http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?464201 :) Your book was not an option for me, you see. >Any Corbit's book (or anyone of mines) should be much superior as far as I >know. I have no doubt. Having studied quite some many wins of Fruit's when it had been using your book, I see you have taken _EXTRAORDINARY_ care to ensure two things - * Fruit does not say "O Sh!t!" when it leaves your book. and IMO as importantly * Fruit is not led into positional types it thinks it is well off in but which it does not actually understand. >Marc Lacrosse Congratulations again. Mr Noomen has reason to tremble a bit, it could be. The two exclamation marks awarded to the appalling move are bizarre. Best, A.S.
