For what its worth, I don't think Toga is as strong as Fruit.  I admit they are
very close.  I only test Blitz games these days and Toga II 1.1 after 300 games
is 6 Elo below Shredder 9 UCI and 39 Elo below Fruit 2.2.1.  I have only played
Toga II 1.1 vs Shredder 9 UCI/Fritz 8/Junior 9 and Hiarcs 9 so far.  It's a
strong engine but since it's based on another program and is basically a clone I
don't understand why it's even allowed by the original author.  Even if it only
cost him one sale it is a mistake to allow it as a free engine.
