Andy, reasonably put, but I must strongly object.

The reason why is simply that you confuse arrogance and brilliance. How, to the
hell of it, should someone like that avoid NOT to appear in arrogance to such
folks? We are not in RL but VL. I come from chess like you too, and therefore I
know that we are all a bit feeling too important. And against the best player on
this planet all others are weak and unimportant. From a wrong perspective. I for
one estimate all players from coffeehouse master to GM. Cant you get the forced
factors for someone who knows chess here in CCC? Just dont take it as offence.
Because he entered at the time of this Bilbao event.
He would never have stayed very long.

But why asking no questions to such a knowie? Why getting him into our usual
level? Who else did ever give himself here for a tempo analyses of
computergames? Not that I would allow him any extra rights. But he didn't insult
at all! This is my claim. But he was insulted upwards and below the navel. I
will prove that shortly in a new message.
