Hello Graham.  Just my luck that Short tours NZ just a few weeks after I shift
to Sydney!

I only log into CCC occasionally now (well, compared to previous times) so seem
to have missed the entire Steen thing!  Certainly one of the more interesting
things to have happened here.  As well as the Short/Nunn theories perhaps
another outside possibility (although it seems a bit too obvious) is Stean?
Btw, anyone looking to improve their game could do worse that read than read
Stean's wonderful Simple Chess.
