I don't think so... but may be ? anyway, it would require :

1) that your Pocket PC can host USB devices. USB is dissymetric and most pocket
PC are only USB devices. The Acer devices can be USB hosts.

2) that you can create a serial link above the USB link. That is not impossible
as it seems to me that what is done for USB synchro.

So, not impossible but unlikely...
