Actually at Reykjavik Vincent, Johannes, Fabien and I pretty much figured out how to get a very good game against Fruit when it was missing its a-pawn. The biggest thing is that it no longer has an opening book and thus plays idiot moves like 1. Nc3 2. Nf3 etc. I think I managed a draw. Then Vincent started playing the opening for Fruit and I started losing bigtime. I think he even gave me Knight odds (but I lost an f7 pawn, and it is *so easy* to lose early in the game without an f7 pawn). anthony
