Lets look at what you wrote, Will. If the facts are as you state ( which we do
not know that they are) then your assumption is reasonable. (it is still an
assumption, not fact, and reasonable still means there could be doubt)

You should know will from your previous actions like this that you should know
it is wrong. accusing someone in which only one person has found him guilty, and
that one person really has no power to do anything.

And even if all members find him guilty here, if the chess server does not throw
him out, then they say he is not cheating, which gives this person all the power
in the world to say he was not cheating. Ans us all wrong, and thus we have
opinions which are wrong.
