Maybe the name on the USCF list is just a coincidence. Coincidence like this do
arrive. Once, my computer broke up, my mother called a technician to fix it and
the technician who called was named Sylvain Lacombe. At first, my mother thought
it was a joke, it was not.

I'm not saying he didn't cheat, i'm pretty sure that 100% matching with Fritz
isn't a coincidence, but not for the USCF rating. And i once saw someone rated
around 2000, i don't remember the exact rate, beat CM4000 on my P75. And he said
he was very rusted before the game.

When my engine was rated around 1800 on chess.net, i could still beat it pretty
easily and i'm just 1300 in blitz on chess.net. I just know all it's weakness
that's all. Maybe the guy plays alot against computers and find it very easy to
beat them.

You can't be 100% percent sure he cheated. There's always a possibility that he
wasn't.

Sylvain.
