Will you seem to be missing the point.

The point is not whether this person cheated or not. It is to the naming of this
person.

See the way things (should) work is that if you play on a chess server and you
come up against someone you have an idea that maybe cheating you tell the admins
of that server, they look into it and thus kick or punish that person. Chess
servers have ways to handle this situation, let them dish out the punishment, it
is therefor their servers which are being abused by these people.

You can say there is cheating on chess server, you can give games to try to
prove your point, but this forum is not for naming and finding cheats.

It is fun and intersting to look over games that people suspect are games that
people have used computers, but I do not think and do not care to know who the
person that cheated is, and we have no right to use this forum for that.

The onlt reason why you and Odell seem to want to push this point is that like
him, you have been burned by these people, they have beaten you by human or
computer assisted mean and you are angry and want to get some back.

Take your anger to the right people and leave it out of here. I can understand
you want these people to be punished in some way, but frankly not in here
please.

Odell says some of us are protecting the cheaters, that is not the case, lets
say we all call them cheaters and agree with you, what then you feel happy that
we have called people that beat you in chess in ICC cheaters, does that make up
for the feeling of losing a game of chess to these suspected cheaters.

We do not want to be part of your revenge for not winning a game of chess, so
accuse all you like, but leave out the names.
