Subject: How to make a repertoire with CB7 from the scratch?

Hi, i am new in chess and chess software, i know i most make a repertoire and i
want to make it with chessbase 7.0, but i dont have idea how to make that, i
trie to read help files in CB7 but that dont help much.  Can somedoby tell me
what i most do step by step, i will appreciate it very much.
