Okay Odell I do not want to fight but the simple fact is, that apart from you no
one else has called this person a cheater. He has not been punished by Server
Admins.

You cannot just go around throwing accusations about someone being a cheater or
not, there are certain channels to go through, and this is not one of them.

I have said before You can post games and say a person on ICC has cheated, but
leave out the names until someone like the admins of ICC where this suspected
cheating is taking place has done something about it.

You cannot just jump out and say that this person cheated. The reason why the
moderators, Will do nothing is because one of them think the same way as you and
see's nothing wrong with it.

But I must Will did admitt that he should have left the name out when he accused
some one of cheating and then when he tried to prove his point did not use
anyones names.

Simple fact is you Odell have no right to call this person a cheater, you can
tell the Admins that you suspect him of cheating, and it is in their power
because they run the server to take action on this.

I have no problem with what you posted apart from naming the person. So yes I
think I have the gall to say you are wrong in putting a name to this person, As
I said when Will did the same thing.

Its like if you call Ronald McDonald the mascot for the McDonalds food chain a
child molester, you can still be sued for slander even though it is a logo or
nickname.

Just say this person you happen to name is an IM or GM, which you do not know
this person or we do not, but maybe a corporate sponsor was watching this person
play chess and they knew the loin name of this chess player.

I think this chess player would then have the right to sue you because you are
calling him a cheat in front of some people who are looking to throw money at
him.

That is the kind of mixed up world we live in. And if you live in the US you
should know what kind of stupid law suites happen there. A person can spill
coffee on themselves and win 1 million from McDonalds.

A woman can get contraceptive Jelly and spread it on toast and eat it instead of
reading the direction on the pack and using it the right way, she can then get
pregnant and sue the company for not making it clearer that when you call
something Jelly does not mean you eat the thing only, she get $600,000 for being
a moron.

So simply put you are wrong in naming names before this person has been judged
by the correct people

thats is what all of this is about. We are not against you Odell, we are looking
out for you. Just a shame that you refuse to listen to the advice.
