1) Choose a reference database with the reference games by right-clicking on
that database, choose properties and mark "reference database".
2) start entering a new game up to the position you want to have an opening
report about.
3) menu game->opening report

Keep in mind that it might take a while if you have a large database and/or a
slow computer. I'd advie you to try it first with a small database at about
1,000 games.
