Seems reasonable! If it's easier for you - please choose 4=Q, 3=R, 2=B, 1=N
if you'ld like too. When it comes to the promotion part I think we can 'convert'
things to your format by hand if that makes it easier for you to program a
script!

It can be that promotion is written differently in Europe and US no matter
what the ICCF rules state :-)
