Hi Michael,
You keep on bringing up "revenge" as an issue here, I see nothing
that indicates this, He has told you it is not revenge yet you still seem to
judge him like he is trying to get revenge, He did not play of his own mind he
used cm4000 so there is no personal revenge, you need to also give benefit of
the the doubt to Odell if your so willing to for the one he accused of
cheating,True? In my opinion most probable is the guy did cheat as far as naming
the guy thats a matter of taste some here will listen some here will not but i
do not believe it should be a moderating issue,can't we handle some of these
issues without having to have them moderated? he said a handle, on rule #3 it is
naming a name,and naming a name that is HERE, this is the concern for us not a
nick on some other chess server that the guy can just simply change and know one
will have to know his true name,unlike here if you were to say about me then you
have my name that is the BIG difference and why an important rule,If Odell gets
some wacky law suit (very doubtful) then still it effects him not us only that I
would feel sorry for him.
Again it is only my opinion which may of course differ from everyone elses :)
