Uri, it's simple. "Main" rating list has to be more or less reliable, so it
should not have ratings computed on 5 or 10 games. After lot of discussions we
decided to draw the line at 300 games, bases on our capacity and on lot of
statistical fluctiations that happen even at 1000 games and more.

Most likely 64-bit version will lead in the next list update (on Sunday), but
currently we are simply following our policy to not seriously discuss anything
based on less than 300 games. You know, if we start speculations we will never
know where to stop.
