Well, I'm sure you'll permit me my two cents then. The first cent: "posts of questionable legal status" are prohibited by the CCC charter. CCC is supported by the generous sponsorship of ICD Chess, and I'd hate to see that disappear. The second cent: If person A posts something about person B that person A thinks is okay to post, but (a reasonable) person B (or another reasonable person C) believes is of questionable legal status, then the first cent applies. Therefore, one's own opinion re: what is okay to post is not sufficient justification to do so. Dave Gomboc
