Just looking at the position, White has a Rook advantage over a Bishop. The
Bishop is pinned. Black is COMPLETELY TIED UP. There are many ways for White to
win. 1. h4 is another way to win, it is attacking the pinned Bishop.  I don't
see the point of this position.
