The plain fact is do we want this forum to be open up to speculation and
innuendo. The charter protects members from personal attacks from other members,
but we seem to feel it is allright to attack non members.

Can someone tell me what would happen if this person Odell is accusing was a
member of CCC (and who knows he might be), What if this person wrote to the
moderators and told them that Odell is calling me a cheater, he said he knows
the persons real name. So this person could say that Odell has a personal
revenge to get back at him. What then would the moderators do.

Since this would be an attack on a fellow member (to which this member broke no
rules within CCC, thus CCC moderators have no right to judge him on his outside
actions away from CCC and it does not affect us here) would they not have to
punish or warn Odell. So if this is the case why do we allow this trash to be
bought in here in the first place. Why can we not have this discussion, but
without bringing in names.

This is the second time this has happened, and both times we have had two
opposing sides. I think it is about time we cleared this up. I make no apolagy
for my view on this matter. I do not think it should be a forum were we can call
people cheaters, (proof or no proof). Frankly I do not care what this person
did. I get on chess servers to play chess.
